I have a good life, no, a GREAT life but I’m at a personal crossroads…again. I lose weight, reach my goal, and start skipping happily down my road only to find myself three years later carrying a heavy load. I’ve got a life pattern that has me going in circles! As a high achiever-type personality, I think it’s easiest for me to be in the weight loss phase because there’s a goal, a destination, and an end game. Sure it’s a struggle, but when I stick to it, every week I can see results. It’s so satisfying and inspiring!

Maintenance and the adoption of a totally new healthy lifestyle are my biggest challenges. So, after almost three years, here I am again at my highest scale readings ever. So what am I going to do about it?

I have put myself into the capable hands of Dr. Sooji Rugh and her team. Through the Greenlite Medicine program, I know that I’ll shed my extra pounds in a safe, science-backed, carefully-monitored way. But more than the weight, I have been giving serious attention to my well being. The nurturer, the get-it-done girl, the I’ll-do-it-because-no-one-else-will volunteer, the business-brand-builder, the people-pleaser…is putting herself at the top of her to do list!

I’m on the journey back to me. And, if you’re game, I’m going to take you with me : )
