Having studied Clinical Nutrition and Psychology at the University of California in Davis, Oscar is highly passionate about helping people navigate through the everyday environmental and psychological barriers to nutrition. One of his favorite past times is cooking. He eats a primarily plant based diet and especially loves to find new ways to lighten up traditional comfort foods. He believes that building a healthy relationship with food is the key to a well-balanced lifestyle and that food can be a source of both pleasure and nourishment. In his spare time, he also enjoys going to amusement parks, relaxing on the beach, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
