Try these sweet and salty almonds if you’re in the mood for something different. Alternatively, these make a great hostess gift or appetizer.
16 oz. almonds
1 TBSP unsalted butter
2 tsp. Truvia baking blend brown sugar
1 tsp. salt (2 tsp. if you do not use truffle salt)
1 tsp. truffle salt
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 TBSP rosemary (fresh or dried) finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large microwavable bowl, melt butter. Remove bowl from microwave and mix in Truvia, salt, cayenne pepper, and rosemary
Place almonds in a single layer on a large baking sheet and heat in oven for about 10 minutes. Remove almonds from oven and place directly into bowl. Stir almonds into spicy butter mixture until evenly coated. Let cool and enjoy!
