Tilapia - Parmesan Crusted
Instructions
  1. Arrange Tilapia in bottom of baking dish coated with cooking spray. (SIngle layered)
  2. In seperate bowl; combine lemon juice, butter, garlic, worchestershire sauce, and red pepper. Pour over Tilapia.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 425 F for approximately 10 minutes or until tilapia is done. Sprinkle parsley over tilapia and serve.
