Shiritaki Ramen
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large stock pot on medium-low heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for about 3
  2. minutes or until fragrant. Pour in Chicken broth, water tamari, and mushrooms and bring contents to a
  3. boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until mushrooms have softened about 10 min.
  4. Place noodles in a colander and rinse hot water warm water. Set aside.
  5. Once mushrooms have softened add in the eggs. Crack each egg individually and stir so the egg is mixed
  6. evenly throughout the liquid. Add in carrot, green onion, and spinach and cook until spinach has wilted.
  7. Lastly add your shirataki noodles and give the pot a final stir.
  8. Split into 4 bowls and serve while it’s still hot.
