Chickpeas Roasted with Parmesan
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together chickpeas, olive oil, salt, oregano, garlic powder and crushed red pepper. Spread evenly onto baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Rotate and stir; continue to bake until evenly roasted and crispy.
  3. Once out of the oven, toss the chickpeas in Parmesan cheese and serve.
