  1. Set oven on high heat (as high as it can go).
  2. Cut chicken breast into large chunks, about 6 chucks in a single breast. Beat egg and egg whites together. In a seperate bowl mix finely ground flaxseed with your favorite mix of herbs and spices.
  3. Roll chicken chunks in beaten eggs and then through the flaxeed and spices mixture.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes (less if you make the nuggies smaller), turning over half way through.
