Low Carb Parmesean Talapia

Tilapia has a reputation for being boring – but when it’s done correctly, it can be just as tasty as salmon or any other fish. 

Ingredients: (Serves 5)

  • Cooking spray
  • 5 Tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 C Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. melted, I can’t believe it’s not butter light,
  • 1 Tbsp minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. ground Red Pepper (or more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley
  • 1/4 C. Kraft 100% grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

  • Arrange Tilapia in bottom of baking dish coated with cooking spray. (Single layered)
  • In separate bowl; combine lemon juice, butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper. Pour over Tilapia.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 425 F for approximately 10 minutes or until Tilapia is done. Sprinkle parsley over Tilapia and serve.
