Baked-Cheese-Crisps-CloseThey’re crunchy. They’re crispy. They’re addictive.

But they’re also low in calories and carbs. What’s not to love? 

Ingredients

8 servings, 5 crisps each
1 cup grated Parmesan & Romano cheese
2 teaspoons sour cream

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix until well incorporated. Make small, gumball-size balls and press thin on non-stick cookie sheet. (You can also use foil in a toaster oven set on high broil…just keep your eyes on them!)

Bake for about 10 minutes, plus or minus a few minutes (just watch carefully, as they will bake quickly).

Let cool, use metal spatula to carefully scrape off surface. Serve with salsa or fat-free yogurt dip.

Makes about 40 crisps.
