Yields 1 wrap that counts as 1 protein and 1.5 carbohydrates

1 leaf of red or green lettuce

1 slice low fat turkey

1 slice ham

1 thin slice tomato

1 thin slice avocado

1 teaspoon lime juice

1 leaf watercress, arugula, or favorite green

1 tablespoon fat-free Ranch dressing (find lowest carb version)

Directions:

1)      Fan lettuce on plate and top with turkey, ham and tomato

2)      In a small bowl combine lime juice and avocado then spoon onto tomato

3)      Top with dressing and watercress or arugula, roll up and secure with a wood pick
