Drink this when you feel a cold or flu coming on. Bonus: make an extra cup, transfer to a small spray bottle, and use on your face after cleansing to combat anti-aging. It can last for 4 days in your refrigerator.

Rosehips:

Hot water:

You really cannot go wrong with drinking hot water. Drinking it first thing in the morning gives your digestive system a kick start and is perfect on a cold morning. Play around with fresh herbs and garnishes to spice things up, while also getting in your recommended daily water intake. Try with: lemon, grapefruit, or pear slices, raspberries, cloves, and fresh mint leaves.
